Cambridge Chamber elects Walter Herriot as Chairman
As the first Chairman of the Cambridge Chamber upon its inception by the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce, I was delighted that we were able to elect Walter Herriot as the third Chairman when the Cambridge Chamber Committee met last Friday at the St John's Innovation Centre. Another key change was the shift in the Cambridgeshire Chambers, voiced by John Bridge, to identifying that the real desire of members was for networking. With links to the existing business community, to the high tech business and to the university colleges, the Cambridge Chambe now had a new opportunity to represent existing and future member interests in the Cambridge area.
